4. Keys must be returned back to front desk receptionist.
5. The safeguard and upkeep of all the furnishings and appliances within the apartment rented is the sole responsibility of the guest. Any damage to the villa and property will be paid by the guest. 

Cancelation policies 

1. The deposit is funded for all cancelation 14 days prior to check-in.
2. 50% refund for cancelation 7 days prior to check-in.
