4. Keys must be returned back to front desk receptionist.
5. The safeguard and upkeep of all the furnishings and appliances within the apartment rented is the sole responsibility of the guest. Any damage to the villa and property will be paid by the guest. 

Cancellation policies 

1. The deposit is funded for all cancellation 14 days prior to check-in.
2. 50% refund for cancellation 7 days prior to check-in.
